Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 July 2026
1. What Worldly is
Worldly is a personal travel archive app: it lets you record and visualise your travels, plan trips, share chosen discoveries with people you connect with, and export your history. These terms are an agreement between you and Worldly ("we") covering your use of the app and this website.
2. Your content
Everything you put into Worldly — places, trips, notes, photos — remains yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, sync, back up and display that content to you (and, for discoveries you choose to share, to your chosen connections). We claim no other rights over it.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
- Only upload content you have the right to upload, and nothing unlawful, infringing or abusive.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or access other people's data.
4. Accuracy of travel data
Statistics, flight details, maps and derived narratives are generated from the data you provide and from third-party sources. They are for personal enjoyment and record-keeping — please don't rely on them for visa applications, tax residency calculations or anything with legal consequence.
5. Subscriptions & purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, billed through the App Store. Prices are shown before you buy; subscriptions renew until cancelled in your App Store settings; achievement rewards you have earned in the app are never taken away.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep Worldly running, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service, we'll give you a reasonable window to export your data.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Worldly. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Ending things
You can stop using Worldly and delete your account (and all synced data) at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
9. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Worldly after that means you accept the updated terms.
